October 2003 - Eager to get Botox shots in feet, ankles, and knees to lessen spasicity and cramping.

Electrodes attached to a sort of "Geiger counter" to detect abnormal tone.

As soon as needle even pricks skin toes feet curl inward.

The pain of the needle breaking the skin.

The agony of puncturing a muscle, like a piece of raw meat.

The torture if injecting such a BIG molecule.  (The medicine works great, but only lasts several months.  That, and once that's done, you need at least 7 more sticks.  :)
